We designed these CVDs with the intent to prolong the life between rebuilds and reduce drivetrain loss.
CVD ends are perpendicular to each other, which equals to the cancellation of the CVD speeding up and slowing down as it rotates.
What this means is an increase in efficiency. The more efficient the more power that will be put to the wheels.
These CVDs will reduce down time for rebuilding of the shafts. A CVD has a larger pin, which equals to more contact and a slower wear rate. We believe with the proper lubrication these could last up to 10x longer and beyond than a standard driveshaft.
