Shipping & Returns
Every part ships from our shop in Gray Summit, Missouri. Here is everything you need to know about getting your parts — and what to do if you need to send something back.
Processing & Shipping Time
In-stock orders placed before 2pm Central Time, Monday through Friday, typically ship the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff or on weekends ship the next business day. We ship via USPS Priority Mail, which usually arrives within 2–3 business days anywhere in the US.
Shipping Rates
- US orders over $100 — FREE shipping, applied automatically at checkout
- US orders under $100 — flat-rate USPS Priority Mail, calculated at checkout
- International orders — contact us before ordering for rates and availability
Order Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships. You can also check your order at any time on our Order Status page or by calling 314-313-1050.
Returns & Exchanges
Unused parts in their original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please contact us before returning any item so we can issue a return authorisation — returns without one may be delayed.
- Parts must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
- Contact us first for a return authorisation
- Return shipping is paid by the customer
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected
Broken or Defective Parts
Broke a part bashing? That's what our Extreme Abuse Warranty is for — we'll replace broken aluminum parts for a fraction of the original cost, and manufacturer defects on hardened steel parts are covered 100%. See the warranty page for full details and how to make a claim.
