Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Your card is charged when your order is processed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders affected by pricing or listing errors — if that happens, you will be notified and fully refunded.
Pricing
Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we will contact you with the correct price before shipping, and you may cancel for a full refund. Applicable sales tax and shipping charges are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Warranty
Fast Lane Machine aluminum parts are covered by our Extreme Abuse Warranty. Except as expressly stated there, products are provided without additional warranties. RC vehicles and parts are hobby products — you are responsible for correct installation and safe operation.
Intended Use
Our products are precision parts for radio-controlled hobby vehicles. They are not toys for young children and are not intended for any other use. Modifying or misusing parts voids the warranty.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site — product designs, photographs, text, and logos — is the property of Fast Lane Machine and may not be reproduced without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fast Lane Machine's liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including damage to vehicles or other property arising from installation or use of our parts.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Missouri.
